The quest for the discovery of new and powerful synthetic methods has been at the forefront of organic chemistry research. Metallocarbenes as a valid intermediate has been widely used in the field of organic synthesis, and N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazole as a new type of metallocarbenes precursor obtained rapid development in recent years. A distinctive feature of using N-sulfonyl triazoles is the generation of metallocarbenes with a pendant sulfonyl imine group. The nitrogen atom exhibits a higher nucleophilicity than the oxygen atom in the related oxo metallocarbene. Due to thisincreased nucleophilicity, the imino group has the ability to participate in reactions. This thesis mainly studied on reaction of the N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazole with 4-hydroxy-2-butanone to tained 2,5-epoxy [1, 4] oxazepines structure by hydrogen oxygen insert series cyclization reaction and the use of chromanone diazo compound as raw material by cyclopropene in series ring-expansion reaction synthesis 4H-furo of [3,2-c] chromene structure. Mainly includes the following two parts:The first part is a comprehensive overview of reactions of metallocarbenes derived from N-sulfonyl triazoles.This part mainly describes the new reactions of metallocarbenes derived from N-sulfonyl triazoles after a brief introduction of N-sulfonyl triazoles.The second part is my experiment part. My experiment is divided into two aspects: The first aspect is using N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazole as a new metal carbene precursor to react with 4-hydroxy-2-butanone and the result is different from the carbonyl diazo; The second aspect is using the chromanone diazonium compound as raw material synthesis 4H-furo [3,2-c] chromene structure,and we found two highly stereoselective methods to synthesize different substituents 4H-furo [3,2-c] chromene structure. This part mainly describes our experiment process and the experimental results after a brief introduction of research background.
