How to utilize the widespread solar energy in an efficient, low-cost and sustainable way has always been one of the most important scientific and technological challenges of this century. As the major components of the solar material, the photoelectric conversion material and color light-control material has developed to be a heated academic research topic. Based on semiconductor materials, solar photoelectric conversion materials are able to produce electron-hole pairs under light and generated photocurrent and photovoltage in the PN junction, thus the light energy was converted to electrical energy. Currently, because of its appropriate band gap, high sunlight absorption coefficient and low cost, Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS)has become a research topic. What’s more, its required elements are non-toxic and high abundance, thus CZTS is the ideal thin film solar cell material. Electrochromic material is a color light-control material, which is able to change the color of a certain property persistently and reversibly by the application of some voltage. The unique electronic structure and characteristics of p-type conductivity made Ni O an ideal anode electrochromic material. Based on large amounts of research data, materials and recent study research achievements on CZTS and NiO, this thesis offered a low-cost and easy-promoted industrialization method to produce CZTS and NiO film. Furthermore, the optical and electrical performance of the produced film is also discussed in this thesis.The main research contents of thesis are shown as follows:1. CZTS precursor ink was formed by in-situ method and CZTS film was then formed throw spin coating method. Furthermore, we investigate the formation mechanism of the ink and photoelectric performance of the film. DMSO and TAA play a key role in the formation of the ink. CZTS film exhibit excellent optical properties and is ideally suited for thin film solar cells as the absorber layer.2. Structure and composition controllable NiO nanocrystalline was prepared throw thermal injection method by controlling precursor concentration and the amount of oleic acid. We found that the amount of oleic acid would deeply influence the composition and the size of nanocrystalline and the amount of nickel nitrate will affect its dispersion.3. NiO thin film was prepared by ink coating method and then we studied its electrochromic properties. We found that the film exhibit perfect stability and optimal performance annealed at 300℃.
