| High-speed and high-precision CNC machine tool has become the forefront of the advanced numerical control equipment. The high-speed CNC machine tool not only has a high spindle speed, but also has high feed rate. In order to achieve high-precision machine tools, high-speed CNC machine tools must have a higher static and dynamic stiffness, reasonable quality and inertia matching. In order to improve the function of the dynamic and static performance of the machine, we using finite element analysis method to analyze and optimize machine performance. The establishment of a high-speed CNC machine tool as a whole, of structure system of dynamics model is still extremely difficult. Especially, when constructing a model of the kinetics of binding between the surface, it is difficult reliably and accurately determine the combination of surface parameters necessary to determine the modeling machine. The dynamic characteristic of junction surface is an important part of the dynamic characteristics of CNC machine tools, and sometimes even the weak link of the machine tool dynamic characteristics. The accuracy about the junction surface parameters directly affect the precision about the results of the machine tool dynamic characteristics, and decided that the practical value of the results of the analysis.And linear rolling guideway is one of the most widely used function units in today’s CNC machine tool applications. And researching in static and dynamic performance of the straight-line rolling guideway, as well as considering the linear rolling guideway the joint surface of the machine tool kinetic models, will be directly related to accurately simulation analysis and forecasting about static and dynamic performance of the machine tool, which has an important theoretical and practical significance.This paper firstly analyzes and reviews research results and conditions of the Static and dynamic properties of linear rolling guideway on the basis on reviewing relevant literature, which we proposed the method of theoretical research, finite element analysis and modal test analysis. Then this paper regards HSR series of linear rolling guideway made by THK as the main object. Then we have made linear rolling guideway parametric modeling for the HSR series, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of modeling, and then analyzing parametric linear rolling guideway model for contact stiffness. we get the method of the linear rolling guideway and tangential static stiffness, which laid the foundation for the finite element of dynamics analysis. With the theoretical analysis, finite element analysis and experimental modal analysis, we get the parameter data of the dynamic characteristics of the corresponding linear rolling guideway, thus verifying the reliability and accuracy of the theoretical model and the finite element model. Finally, VB and APDL linear rolling guideway created a set of parametric modeling, numerical analysis and calculation results of visualization simulation system, and combined advantages with both VB and APDL shorten the design cycle and improve design efficiency.In this thesis, by researching on the static and dynamic characteristics for HSR series of linear rolling guideway, got the parameter data of the dynamic characteristics of the linear rolling guideway, increased the efficiency of structure design, meanwhile provided a great reference value of the static and dynamic characteristics for linear rolling guideway. |
