| Millet rice bran oil is extracted from the refinement of millet bran, which is rich in vitamin E, phytosterols, unsaturated fatty acids, oryzanol and other bioactive substances. At present, domestic and foreign large rice bran research more, the market has little money big rice bran products. In order to study the nutritional value and millet rice bran oil, rice bran oil, this paper analyzes the millet changes in nutrients in the refining process, dewaxing processes and waxy ingredients, in order to lay the theoretical foundation for the industrial production of millet rice bran oil.
