This paper first opener control system applications background, trends were reviewed, and then open with the current advanced opener control experience to develop and design a set of automatic control system.In the overall design, the first This paper excogitates the control system’s overall structure and design requirements, then with the basic structure and opener production process, analysis the opener control difficulty to determine the control system hardware and software,communications, network design; opener for drilling body rotation speed and the speed control complexity, using a conventional PID control method, run by on-site commissioning, project for the entire titration tuning PID parameter adjustment.Hardware design, the first choice of system hardware, configuration and control requirements to do a detailed exposition, and control requirements identified according to Schneider’s Quantum series PLC to achieve on-site data collection, logical operations, control interlock, data processing and output execution functions; followed by bias control and PID control method of comparison, according to the speed control scheme designed in this paper, a PID control module to determine the final structure of the program.Software design, the first summary of the application and system programming software development process, then the control strategy based on control system design and development of the communication system requirements, rotation speed and the speed of drilling structure of the PLC procedure; followed by rotation and control of drilling agency PID control module control strategy and the structure of the design requirements, design and development of speed PID control module procedures, the feed rate and speed of drilling agency regulation; the last under the control technology requirements, design a hammering level adjustment process, the drilling speed and feed rate of the valve opening to reach the maximum but the system can detect the hard points in, according to the level of small to large hammering into hammering action in order to aid agencies into the open operation.This design of the control system has been put into actual production, the results show that stable and reliable system operation, control accuracy and high production efficiency.
