Based on heat conduction and elastic-plastic theory,the paper studied temperature and stress-strain field in aluminum alloy by Ms laser irradiation,using COMSOL Multiphysics finite element simulation software,calculated temperature field and stress field of aluminum alloy with one-pulse and multi-pulse Ms laser irradiation.Summary the law with time and space.By changing the parameters of laser pulse width and laser energy,compared and analysised effects on the distribution of temperature and stress-strain field and discussed the mechanism of damage of aluminum alloy.Experimental system was built using 1064 nm millisecond pulse-laser irradiation on aluminum 7A04 by choosing suitable parameters for experiments,using temperature instrument to record temperature changes,and observed the morphology of aluminum alloy by microscope after laser irradiation,to analysis the temperature field、thermal stress and deformation caused by stress.This is the first experimental verification of the COMSOL Multiphysics finite element simulation software in numerical calculation of temperature field and stress field in milliseconds laser irradiation,these results provide some reference for future research and practice.
