The measurement of high temperature in the aerospace, materials, energy, metallurgy and other fields in reflects its important position.Multispectral radiation thermometry,which develop in the late seventy’s, is can be measured on the real temperature of the measured target and at the same time the material can be measured the target spectral emission measurement non-contact temperature measuring method of rate, combined CCD imaging technique or thermal imaging technology, it can fully reflect the true temperature distribution of the measured object Reconstruction of three-dimensional temperature field, is mainly used to solve the dynamic measurement of high temperature and ultrahigh temperature the true temperature and thermal properties, and based on the reconfiguration and inversion of multi spectral radiation are not only easier to achieve the fitting of the true temperature field, and the treatment in mathematical model and so on are more mature, so it has fairly good exploration and application value in practical engineering.In this paper, basis on multi spectral radiation theory and CCD imaging technology, construct the theory of temperature inversion model, and verified by reconstructing the experimental field of candle flame temperature, the inversion result of the true temperature distribution, can reflect the object was very good, which provides the theoretical basis for the reconstruction of 3D temperature field of laser damage. |
