This article’s monitoring object is Qujiang Plant in Xi’an City. Through simulating wastewater concentrated sludge dewatering experiments under the laboratory condition, the polyacrylamide type and the best dosing quantity are determined according to the characteristics of Qujiang waterworks production wastewater quality in the sludge conditioning stage; according to long-term monitoring of effluent water quality in production wastewater reused period about some representative index, including ammonia nitrogen, CODMn, pH, turbidity and acrylamide monomer content,on the basis of which,there is analysis of production wastewater reuse ’s influence on the factory water quality concluded; the production wastewater reuse for the effluent water quality affects the results of the analysis,result shows that treatment can meet the effluent standards; calculation about cost of the production wastewater reuse system operation.In sludge conditioning experiment, the specific resistance of sludge is selected as main basic terms of determining PAM optimal dosing quantity and adding the type, and through the analysis of the influence of solid content, turbidity and sludge dehydration separation from the PAM dosing amount of residual acrylamide monomer, its rationality was verified. After concentration the sludge concentration can reach higher level and the change ranges from 11 g/L to 33 g/L. If the specific resistance of sludge reaches 44.95 × 1011 m/kg- 79.2 × 1011 m/kg,the sludge belongs to difficult to dewatering sludge and will be short of centrifugal requirements. Experiments showed that the APAM and CPAM dosing will have significant effect on reducing the specific resistance of sludge regardless of concentration of sludge conditioning. APAM and CPAM are basically the same change trend on reducing sludge ratio resistance. So are the best dosing quantity, concentrated sludge concentration is respectively 11.4 g/L, 13.5 g/L and 16.3 g/L, the best dosing was 0.16 g/L, the sludge than resistance to the lowest; Sludge concentration is 26.7 g/L and 32.3 g/L of anionic and cationic PAM optimal dosing quantity is 0.24 g/L; Type cationic PAM under reagents optimal dosing quantity of sludge specific resistance reduction rate is bigger, to improve the effect of sludge dewatering performance better.Because of the pretreatment stage of adding the anionic PAM flocculation, dosing of thickener sludge conditioning phase cationic PAM to conditioning in waterworks production wastewater treatment process, the amount of residual acrylamide monomer is the key term to water quality analysis. In addition, add the aluminum in the water purification process will be a part of the return to the raw water, the existence of these factors will inevitably increase the turbidity of raw water, ammonia nitrogen, organic matters, such as aluminum and acrylamide monomer water quality indexes. But under the condition of the existing water purification process, the production wastewater reuse for the effluent water quality is not much impact, ammonia nitrogen, organic matter, aluminum, and meet the requirement of water quality turbidity index; Since November 2010, cancel the recycle between mud dehydration separation in turn into the municipal drainage pipe network, the content of acrylamide monomer amount to mark all the year round.
