Aluminium alloy is the most widely-used nonferrous metal in industrial manufacture at present. It is massively used in the fields of space flight and aviation, mechanical manufacturing, vehicle producing and so on. Because of small milling force, high efficiency, good surface quality, high-speed cutting is widely applied in Al alloy processing. The demand of aluminium is increasing with the rapid development of the industry, which result in a hot research topic in high-speed Al alloy processing.This subject is mainly to study the application of high-speed cutting technology in 6063 aluminium alloy processing. In order to analyse the weaknesss and processing data, a kind of metal processing simulation system DEFORM 2D 9.1 is used to get the 6063 Al alloy processing simulation result under different parameters. This helps us to have an in-depth analysis of technology characteristics in aluminium alloy high-speed cutting; Based on the figures and information getting from the software and the structure of the workpieces, processing parameter is designed and conclusion was carried out on the America HAAS 3SS CNC machine tool; the operation concentration and method of cutting oil is study to decrease the fever and the coefficient of friction between the cutting tool and the workpieces. At the same time, consumption rate of the oil is also tested and observed to decide the supplement cycle; To promote the efficiency of the workpiece processing, based on the shape, some clamping devices which can hold four workpieces at one time are designed, and the clamping force is simulated on the software,which shows that wedge-shape clamping is the best.The subject is put forwarded mainly aimed at the application of high-speed cutting technology in 6063 aluminium alloy processing and it has the reference for other aluminium alloy material or even other material processing in the manufacturing industry.
