One side coated white paper is mainly composed of body paper and paper covering. Body paper is usually of the top, the undertop, the mixed,thebottom four layers, the top layer is usually made of the chemical wood pulp board,the undertop and the bottomis usually made of deinked waste paper pulp, the mixedis usually made of mixed waste paper pulp; the coatings used calcium carbonate, kaolin pigment as the main raw material mixed with some adhesives and additives. Coated white paper is an upscale packaging paper, which is printable for various trademarks and packaging cartons.In this paper, the annual 200,000 tons project of coated white paper had full set of Andritz pulp production line, they are pulp production line(NBKP & LBKP), white edge production line, deinkedwaste paper line(DIP & ONP), mixed waste paper lines(MW).According to the different kinds of pruducts, pulp process requirements can be achieved at slurry system, while the pulp plant is also equipped with a separate broke line and white water recovery line. Paper machine is five fold net, width of 4416 mm, maximum speed of 600 m / min. Transmission is AC variable frequency drive, double layout. Core layer used advanced dilution water headbox plus top web forming.Press section had a vacuum press, two large roller press, and a glazing press, dryer section is with dryer of 1830 mmdiameter, fully enclosed style hood, heat pump system, heat recovery ventilation and bags zone system. The other parts are membrane transfer sizing machine, partition controllable hard calender, soft calender, coater, rewinder and so on. PMis controledby DCS and QCS. Product quantity is from 250 to 450 g / m2.This essayis based on white paper development and performance, researched on process design,explained the production process, basic equipment, equipment selection, also introduced the machine debugging process.Equipment selection aspect. Deinked waste paper line is using of advanced equipment to ensure product quality, improveing production efficiency. Hydrapulper, drum pulper, multi-disc concentrator, heat dispersion, hydraulic headbox, size press, coater, drum winders, QCS control systems providedhigh speed, high production.After operation, through reasonable technological innovation, enhanced the slurry temperature, reducing heat loss, stable performance; analysed white water recovery and process flow system problems, and proposed a reasonable solution.Coated paper board industry had heat competition,the new line must be industry-leading production equipment, mature production technology, so as to occupy a favorable position in the industry reshuffle. Zhejiang Yongtai Paper Group 200,000 tons of coated white paper project has far-reaching significance. The project had a reasonabledesign, elected advanced equipments, as a result, it is avalible for stable、efficient processunderthe principle of saving energy and cleaning,in line with the final quality and performance requirements.
