In recent years, with the rapid development of the world’s plastic chemical industry and the widely use of PAEs products, a large amount of PAEs residues in the air, thus increasing the risk of people being exposed in the PAEs environment Guiyang as one of the important central cities in southwest China, is appointed as a vital one in the Central Gui Zhou Economic Zone and the Pan-Pearl River Delta by the State Council. It is a comprehensive industrial city whose resources development has increasingly improved these years with its main industrial products and sectors playing a significant role in China.This thesis studies 16 kinds of PAEs, including DMP,DEP, DBP, DIBP, DMEP, BMPP, DEEP, DNPP, DHXP, BBP, DBEP, DCHP, DEHP, DPh P, DNOP and DINP. The author had investigated the drinking water resources of main districts in Guiyang and took samples from every site at the beginning of every month from September 2013 to August 2014, covering samples of wet periods(May to August), level periods(April to October or November) and dry periods(December to March). And in order to analyze the spatial-temporal distribution law and assess its ecological risk, the author pretreated and tested the water samples. The research results are as follows:⑴By combination of single factor experiment, Box-Behnken and response surface analysis, optimum solid phase extraction for simultaneously enrichment of 16 kinds PAEs in water samples was created and method of water sample pretreatment was optimized. Oasis HLB solid phase extraction column was used for experiment. The column was rinsed with 4 m L eluting solvent(mixed dichloromethane and ethyl acetate with a volume ratio of 5:1).Through the 1 L water sampling was adjust p H value of 4.The sample rate was 10 m L/min.The eluting rate was 1.0 m L/min. The eluting volume was 4 m L.⑵Triple quadruple GC/MS analyzing and detecting condition of PAEs was selected and optimized.GCconditions: Triple quadrupole GC/MS,chromatographic column:HP-5MS.UI(It can choose low loss of mass spectrum and reduce noise); carrier gas: N2,its flowing speed is 1 m L/min; collision gas argon the temperature of injection port is set as 250 °C, the injection mode splitless, the injection volume 1 μL;temperature raising procedure of oven: the initial temperature 60 °C will last 1 min, the temperature at the rate of 10 °C /min raised to 220 °C for 5 min, at the rate of 2 °C /min to 230 °C for 10 min, at the rate of 2 °C /min to 240 °C and at the rate of 20 °C /min to 280 °C for 5 min(When using multi-stage temperature programming, the target compound can be better separated).MS conditions:Interface temperature 280 °C, EI ion source, the electron energy of 70 e V, ion source temperature of 230 °C, the quardrupole temperature 150 °C(When the temperature is increased to improve the sensitivity of the target compound), the electron multiplier voltage 1200 V, solvent delay 3.5 min. The experiment adopts full scan mode and the scanning range is of 35~500 m/z.⑶The PAEs distribution in the river basins and drinking water resources of Guiyang is both temporal and spatial.It varies in different periods(wet periods, level periods, and the dry periods). While in regard of spatial, it is most intensive in Baihua Lake, followed with Nanmen River, Nanming River and Aha Reservoir and,etc., and Hongfeng Lake is relatively less polluted.⑷DBP, DIBP and DEHP are the major pollutants of drinking water resources and river basins in Guiyang’s central districts in accordance with the express limits of National Surface Water Quality Standards GB3838-2002 During the research period, no water sample was over the standard limit.⑸The ecological risk assessment in the river basins and drinking water resources of Guiyang helped get conclusions as follows: Zebrafish embryos and the algaehave no DMP ecological risk; The Q-value of DMP is within the ecological risk interval but only two times in low potential ecological risk; Although the major pollutants like DBP, DIBP and DEHP haven’t led to a direct ecological risk, most of sampling locations are in the low potential ecological risk, where related apartments should attach great importance to. |
