The phenomenon of self-assembly is common in the real world, for example, the natural bacterial colony and birds is the typical representative of dynamic self-assembly process in nature. At the macroscopic scale, the controlled movement is a kind of essential requirements in the field of machinery manufacturing, however, it also has practical significance limited to microscopic dimensions. Such as the micromodules spontaneously moved in same site, micro devices transportation and so on. While, it’s difficult to realize the invertible self-driven movement in micrometer scale, and people are still commit to a new kind micro carrier which applied to self-assemble.This paper focuses on using layer-by-layer self-assemble technique to prepare the hollow polyelectrolyte multilayer microcapsules, and take advantage of the vacuum sputtering metal nanoparticles method to modify the surface of the colloid particles to gain the Janus micromotors. We study the movement of varisized micro-motors in different solution. According to stokes law, we can calculate the viscous resistance value respectively in pure water, sea and blood solution; in virtue of Image J software, we can statistic analysis the different kinematic velocity. The experiment dates show that the kinematic velocity increase with a higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution in the same medium for the micromoter with same size; it’s opposite in different medium which have a higher coefficient of viscosity under the same concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution.Modify a monolayer of magnetic ferroferric oxide nanoparticles on the polyelectrolyte multilayers wall of micrometor to control the direction of motion with external magnetic field. We also design and guide the self-assemble of micrometors in 5% hydrogen peroxide solution, realize the change of self-assemble shape from circle to line and disorder to order with the help of external magnetic field.
