| Alkylphenol ethoxylates(APEOs) are kinds of non-ion surfactants, which are widely used in the industrial production.Recently, the environmental distribution and beheavior of EDCs have become a hot research field in environmental science. In this paper, we established the analytical method of NP, OP and BPA and also did the research about their pollution features of environmental hormones in Fish, shrimp and shellfish from riverine runoff of the Pearl River Delta. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)We established the analysis methods of NP, OP and BPA in the tissue samples. The results showed that the average recovery was from83.0 % to 96.8 %,the relative standard deviation was between 4.5% and 8.1%, and detection limit is 0.3-5.0ng·g-1.(2)The pollution of EDCs is more serious in the Pearl River Estuary,The concentrations of NP, OP and BPA in fish samples in the Pearl River Delta were 7.23-21.98 ug·g-1, 1.81-5.87 ug·g-1,0.69-2.01 ug·g-1; The concentrations of NP, OP and BPA in shellfish samples in the Pearl River Estuary were 0.21-37.02 ug·g-1, 1.13-4.83 ug·g-1, 0.79-4.95 ug·g-1; The concentrations of NP, OP and BPA in shrimp samples in the Pearl River were 0.05-40.40 ug·g-1, 0.45-5.16 ug·g-1,1.51-3.29 ug·g-1. Compared with the domestic and international research, the pollution in aquatic organisms samples in the Pearl River Estuary of EHs is more serious than theirs.(3)After analysis of EDCs in tissues of the liver, muscle and gill of fishes in the Pearl River Estuary, it is found that the content in Mugil cephalus, Acanthopagrusschlegel, Lateolabrax japonicus showed a trend that liver > muscle > gill. After analysis of EDCs in the adductor muscle, gills, viscera of shellfishes in the Pearl River Delta, it is found that the content in Ostrea rivularis Gould, Mimachlamys nobilis, Pinna bicolor showed a trend that adductor muscle >gills > viscera. After analysis of EDCs in the head and chest and muscle of shrimps in the Pearl River Delta, it is found that the content in metapenaeus ensis(De Hann), Penaeus japonicus, showed a trend that muscle>head and chest.(4)After analysis of EDCs in tissues of Mugil cephalus, Acanthopagrusschlegel,Lateolabrax japonicus in the Pearl River Delta, it is found that the content in tissues showed a trend that Lateolabrax japonicus> Acanthopagrusschlegel>Mugil cephalus. |
