The coal dust is one of the main source of disaster in the in the production process of coal mine, it can cause serious accidents like coal dust and gas explosion, also can cause serious economic loss and pneumoconiosis and other occupation disease. Especially in the drilling operation process underground, a lot of dust will be produced in a very small space in a short period of time. At present, dedusting technique, especially to the dust produced by drilling, mostly takes advantage of water of wind, the dedusting efficiency is not high. The nozzle of water spray precipitator is easy to be blocked and the consumption of water is large. The dedusting technique of water spray can not solve the serious problem of flying dust in the working place especially near the drill field.At present, some studis have been done on the dedusting technique of foam by a lot domestic and foreign scholars, but the research is not enough depth. At the same time, the application and popularization of dedusting technique of foam are also worth to strengthen. Therefore, based on the existing dedusting technique of foam, dusting equipment needs to be developed which has certain promotion value and has high dedusting efficiency. Based on the research status of domestic and foreign, from the point of view of the special nature of the coal mine dust, to analysis the factors that influencing the wettablility of coal dust with experiments in laboratory. Combined with the study of the surface physical and chemical properties of coal dust, we can find the key influence factors of the coal dust wettability.Secondly, based on the study of physicochemical properties of dust, combined with the specific requirements of dedusting in coal mine, according to the concept of dedusting technique of magnetized foam, to design orthogonal experimental, do some comparison and selection of optimal scheme of foaming liquid, foam liquid, the ratio of mass fraction of foaming agent, wetting agent, increasing foam agent, foam stabilizer is: 50:4:4:3.Thirdly, based on the research and application of dedusting technology of foam that have been done, to analysis the caaracteristics of magnetization water and the mechanism of the foam dedusting technique, to do some research about the foam as a new dedusting medium, combined with the characteristics of coal mine dust. To analysis the mechanism of dedusting technology of magnetic foam, to analysis the influence of magnetic field on the foam liquid properties and foam stability, foam viscosity characteristics with experiments in the laboratory.Fourthly, referring to the method of similar physical simulation experiment, design experiment system. Considering the specific requirements of the foam for dedusting, analysis the objective law of magnetized foam drill dirt catcher. Carry out experiments researching the influence of magnetic field and mass concentration of foam liquid or the foam nozzle working conditions to dedusting efficiency. Design magnetized foam drill dirt catcher, research the dedusting principle of magnetized foam and develop magnetized foam drill dirt catcher and its key components and do some experiment in the laboratory, the result shows that:The optimal foaming agent has high efficiency on dedusting of whole dust especially respirable dust, the optimum concentration of foaming agent is 0.5%. the magnetic field can improve the dedusting efficiency of foam, especially the dedusting efficiency of respirable coal dust has increased greatly, from the absolute values of the dust concentration to the efficiency of dedusting. In laboratory experiments, on the appropriate foam nozzle working condition, the average dedusting efficiency of whole dust was 85 %, the average dedusting efficiency of respirable dust was 87%.Through the above laboratory research, have a certain understanding of dedusting technique of magnetized foam and cyclone dust removing equipment, this study provides a basis for the practical application of magnetized foam dirt catcher underground.
