With a large number of low rank coal mined,coal separation problem becomes prominent. Previous studies have shown that using conventional cannot settle this problem. Professor Yong-tian researched and develop ed a series ofnew complex agent FO, which can achieve better sorting. In this paper, the new compound FO series are used to separate the long- flame coal slime of Fu-gu.The main inquiry are as following:Using infrared spectroscopy confirmes thatthere are a large number of oxygen functional groups on the surface, resulting in the slime with poor hydrophobic;Bythe analysis of XRD and XPS shows that most of the slime gangue mineral is Si O2. By the analysis of slime nature, to some extent the slime has some value in use.Under 0.5mm sieve size fractions are taken into the flotation system. As the slime into flotating ash is 38.87%, the laborary utilizes the process one coarse and one fine. When the consumption of diesel is reached 8kg/t, ash contentis 7.05% and yield rate is 40.84%;If use the new pharmaceutical compound agent FO as collector, when the dosage is 2.5kg/t, the yield can reach 40%. The tesults show that in terms of reducing drug consumption and increasing yield, FO is better than diesel.When the column is used for flotation, the process is more concise. The results are as follows:When the amount of FO1 is 2.0kg/t, the fine ash is 7.49% and yield is 57.84% under the condition of low concentration flotation; When the consumption of FO1is2.0kg/t, the fine ash is 9.71% and coal yield is55.42% under the condition of high concentration flotation. The low concentration flotation can get better quato. In high concentration flotation, the dosage of FO3 is 1.5kg/t, the effect is slightly better than FO2. From the sorting results, we can see that the best collector is FO3, as well as the following amphiphilic ratio and wet heat measurement results confirm this conclusion.Using the new compound agent FO as collector to separate the low rank coal slime, is a significant progress for the industrialization of flotation on the low rank coal slime. Low rank coal slime into flotation can improve the efficient of the resource, which plays an important significance on improving the economic of colliery. |
