Plate and strip occupies an important position in the steel industry, the steel industry in the increasingly fierce competition to meet user requirements for steel strip products gradually become the main means of iron and steel enterprises to improve competitiveness, therefore, an urgent need for steel companies advanced theoretical research and technical support. At present, mainly through the hot wide strip hot-rolled wide strip mill, and associated research flatness control theory by many scholars of concern and attention. In this paper, we will conduct a research on the phenomenon of asymmetric crown when the iron and steel enterprises split the hot-rolled wide strip for mid-wide strip of cold rolled incoming, through the shape control of roll type optimization design method to realize the simulation of the double crown wide plate rolling, eliminating or reducing the asymmetry of the plate crown, then analysis and research in support rollers with roller design and other aspects.First, based on the theoretical analysis, using a combination of metal deformation model base on calculus of variations and based deformable model rolls influence function method to iterative solution by relaxation factor method, established the analytical simulation model of flatness for later roll optimization provides a theoretical basis.Secondly, through the analysis of the impact of the hot rolling mill work roll thermal deformation of the cross-sectional shape of hot rolled strip, using the finite difference modeling to calculate the temperature field of work rolls and hot deformation analysis, design optimization work roll Hot crown roll computing foundation.Finally, by analyzing the basic principle of the hot rolling mill roll shape optimization design, combining the characteristics of hot-rolled sheet steel rolling technology and equipment to a company in hot rolling mill for example, were to get the double crown work roll and reduce wear roller bearing type of optimization objectives, for hot strip mill roll roll optimized operation. After the simulation to get hot strip rolling mill rolls diameter distribution, take a polynomial function of the work roll roller fitting curve, using a power function curve fitting supporting roller’s roll-ends roll, and according to the results and analysis of the optimal design theory roll effect in improving the distribution and thickness along the width direction of the roller bearing type and so on. |
