| The crushing quality is an important technology of the cone crusher performance evaluation indicators. This paper was based on the theory of interparticle brekage and the modern optimization was adopted. Multi-objective planning of productivity, size reduction and a flakiness prediction model was built up, which provide the basis for developing compressive crusher of new style, high efficiency, energy saving and independent knowledge property right.Based on kinematic and dynamic characters of crusher and rock material, the productivity model was built and the parameters which influenced the productivity were also discussed. Combined with the matrix model of rock material breakage, the operating model of rock material interparticle breakage process in chamber of compressive crusher was built up. Using the press machine to study the interparticle breakage of chamber geometry in compressive crushers, those test data were regressed, and the selection function and breakage function and a flakiness prediction model were got, which provided the basis for calculate and simulate the size reduction of compressive crushers.The actual physical prototype was regarded as research object. The crushing product grain size distribution was deeply studied, and the relationship model between product grain size distribution and the key factors were also quantitatively studied. Based on working mechanism and working performance, Multi-objective planning of productivity, size reduction and a flakiness prediction model was built up. Based on genetic algorithm, the Multi-objective model were optimized. From the analysis results, we could find that the productivity was higher and the crushing quality was better than before. |
