As a key component of the gear rim of rotary kiln and mine mill,its design and manufacture theory tends to be mature,but the hoisting methods should be improved.Meanwhile,with the large_scale trend of mine mill and rotary kiln equipment, gear ring correspondingly towards the large_scale development.On the one hand,the weight and the size increase of gear ring,the structural rigidity is relatively smaller;on the other hand, the gear ring installation accuracy requirements more and more high,the decline of its rigid structure leads to the hoisting technology is more and more difficult.How to meet the accuracy requirements of the gear ring installed at the same time,effectively reducing structural deformation of the ring gear when lifting becomes one of the important research topics of many heavy machinery companies[1].Erection of the gear ring,majority of the construction units often by virtue of experience in construction on the deformation of the lifting process to estimate the gear ring,thus completing the lifting program selection.Rarely do a systematic and comprehensive hoisting deformation analysis,which makes the ring gear in deformation under different lifting methods can not be quantified,unable to develop a scientific and rational lifting solutions and to select the optimal lifting points.Thus can not achieve optimal lifting scheme and the lifting points of purpose directly affect the lifting ring gear construction accuracy.This article takes the lifting technology of oversize ring gear as the research object,discuss the lifting of the gear ring method to determine hoisting technical scheme and use of finite element simulation technology to predict,controlling of deformation and stress of φ10630.249 mm gear ring when lifting.Using minimum energy principle for the lifting of the suspension points ring segments were optimized.The main research contents are as follows,1.Make the scheme lifting gear ringIn order to systematic and comprehensive on the ring gear lifting deformation analysis,through the inspection of books,machinery plant site investigation and study,drawing on existing oversize gear ring hoisting technology.It is combined with the actual needs of the enterprise and the actual structure,selecting erection of the three most commonly used lifting methods,horizontal lifting,vertical lifting and flip lifting.Make the scheme lifting gear ring as follows,whole ring horizontal lifting,whole ring flip,semi_ring horizontal lifting,semi_ring flip,semi_ring vertical lifting,1/4 ring horizontal lifting,flip and vertical lifting.2.Simulation analysis of the ring gear lifting dataUsing the finite element analysis software ANSYS,analysis of 8 kinds of lifting scheme of simulation loading.Analyses in detail the frequency deformation of these 8 kinds of hoisting mode of gear ring and its own,lifting scheme optimization of gear ring.The deformation and stress of each kind of lifting mode gear ring was proposed,optimization of the ring of lifting scheme.3.The analysis of lifting point setting for gear ringProposed that will apply the strain energy method in the hoisting construction of oversize gear ring,lifting of the ring is simulated with ANSYS.And with the principle of minimum strain energy is calculated in the minimum strain energy under the combination of lifting point combination, the lifting point combination is the optimum point of combination, and verification by lifting lifting is extended to the same the ring gear and other types of the same type of gear ring.According to the lifting technology of oversize gear ring,systematic described the lifting scheme in this article.And through data simulation analysis of lifting and research the lifting point set on ring gear,not only optimize lifting scheme,but also determine the optimum point.This promotion of oversize gear ring lifting and improve the security of technical theory has important practical significance and application value.
