Molecular imprinting technology is a kind of experiment preparation technology which can recognize molecules specifically. This technology has shown broad prospects for development in separation and purification of natural products, bio-sensors, separation of chiral substances and many aspects for its great predetermination, specificity and practicality. This paper describes the principles and methods of molecular imprinting technique comprehensively. We use dual functional monomer technology in molecular imprinting technique tentatively. The plant lectin and amino boronic acid are introduced to the synthesis of molecular imprinting. Using the specific recognition between plant lectin, amino benzene boronic acid and sugar, we synthesized molecularly imprinted polymer of glucose successfully. We want to explore the molecularly imprinting polymer of flavonoid compounds which contain glycoside. My experiments mainly include three parts: the first part is the synthesis and modification of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles, we synthesize superparamagnetic nanoparticles by hydrothermal synthesis method. The particles are graft modified step by step and connected dual function monomer to its surface. The second part, we use the modified magnetic nanoparticles as a carrier and we prepare glucose molecules imprinting polymer by surface molecules imprinting method. The third part, we use moleculars imprinting technique to explore the specific adsorption of rutin and cyanidin 3-Oglucoside.Firstly, the results showed that the synthesis and modification of the superparamagnetic nanoparticles program are designed correctly. The magnetic nanoparticles modified by dual function monomer can be quickly separated from the solution in the external magnetic field. This method is simple and has high separation efficiency. Secondly, using N-N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as the crosslinking agent, ammonium persulfate as the initiator, we synthesize glucose molecularly imprinting polymer successfully. The polymer has good adsorption capacity and its glucose adsorption capacity can reach 8.555 mg/g. This polymer has also good specificity and its imprinting factor can reach 2.8. The specific adsorption of this polymer is obvious. Thirdly, the glucose imprinting polymer can adsorb cyanidin-3-O-glucoside specifically to a certain extent. Its imprinting factor is 1.125.
