| In this paper,we put the wear parts glasses plate of the concrete pump truck as the research object. The glasses plate is an important part of concrete pump truck and easy to damage. It’s length of life directly affects the performance of concrete pump truck. The failure form of the glasses plate is mainly abrasion and fragmentation of collapse block failure. So it is necessary to find a kind of metal with high hardness and wear resistance and also have certain toughness to solve these problems. Based on the situation above, in this paper, we conduct vacuum brazing by YG20 C cemented carbide with 16 Mn steel. Compared with the iron cemented carbide,there are a large number of WC and Co exist in YG20 C cemented carbide. The hardness and wear resistance are greatly improved. At the same time, YG20 C cemented carbide has coarse grain which improves the toughness of the parent metal.This paper adopts Cu Mn Zn solder and Cu Mn Ni solder for vacuum brazing of YG20 C cemented carbide and 16 Mn steel. We conduct the vacuum brazing at different soldering temperatures and solder thickness. We study the effect of braze welding head organization and mechanical properties of different soldering temperatures and solder thickness by the wetting test,three point bending test,metallographic analysis technology.The results show that, we can get good wettability of Cu Mn Zn solder and Cu Mn Ni solder with both YG20 C cemented carbide and 16 Mn steel. For vacuum brazing with Cu Mn Zn solder, the optimum brazing temperature is 960℃, the best solder joint thickness is 0.2mm and the bending strength reached 626 MPa.For vacuum brazing with Cu Mn Ni solder, the optimum brazing temperature is 1065℃,the best solder joint thickness is 0.2mm and the bending strength reached475 MPa.Compared with each other of the two solders, they both can good brazing YG20 C cemented carbide and 16 Mn steel.By comparing the highest bending strength,Cu Mn Zn is better choice for vacuum brazing YG20 C cemented carbide and16 Mn steel. |
