| Inclined shaft has become an important development way of mine construction in west of china. The inclined shaft lining structure is easily influenced by water pressure and grouting pressure in weak and water-rich rock stratum, then threating the safety of lining structure. Therefore, study the stress and deformation rule of inclined shaft lining under local uniform pressure by means of numerical calculation and physical model test.Firstly, based on the typical parameters model, shaft lining is divided into 19 local uniform pressure regions, conduct the demonstration of typical parameters model and single factor circle numerical calculation, research results show that: the allowable tensile stress between the shaft lining and the surrounding rock contact affected mechanical parameters superposition of shaft lining. The existence of friction coefficient between shaft lining and the surrounding rock contact also affected mechanical parameters superposition of shaft lining in a certain range. There is a linear relationship between mechanical parameters of the shaft lining and elastic modulus of the shaft lining. There is a nonlinear relationship between mechanical parameters of the shaft lining and flank wall height, inverted arch radius, shaft lining thickness. By means of the numerical analysis of typical section model of shaft lining, research shows that: There is a linear relationship between mechanical parameters of the shaft lining and load. On the condition of allowable tensile stress equal to 0 between shaft lining and rock, the friction coefficient is less than or equal to 0.25, Get data table of shaft lining feature points mechanical parameters and conduct the superposition analysis by applying unit load to 19 regions of shaft lining respectively. Results show that: under the same-width-unit load, inverted arch is in the most dangerous condition, the middle of inverted arch(region nineteen) occur maximum circumferential stress, the second is the straight wall and the top arch.Secondly, based on the typical parameters model, conduct the research of ultimate bearing capacity of inclined shaft lining. The research of single factor circle test shows that: there is a nearly linear relationship between and ultimate bearing capacity of shaft lining concrete strength, shaft lining thickness, there is a nonlinear relationship between ultimate bearing capacity of shaft lining and flank wall height, inverted arch radius. Based on the level of influence factors, conduct the full combined experiment, get the data table between ultimate bearing capacity of inclined shaft lining and concrete strength, flank wall height, inverted arch radius, the thickness of shaft lining, then conduct the comparative analysis of ultimate bearing capacity of inclined shaft lining when local load affects in the right straight wall, top arch and inverted arch, research shows that: shaft lining is easily failure when load affects in inverted arch.Lastly, conduct the similar model test research of inclined shaft lining mechanical properties under local uniform pressure, results show that: The inner surface of the shaft lining is mainly pulled, the external surface of the shaft lining is in the compression in the load range. Give an example of load affected in region nineteen, when load is less than 2.95 MPa, shaft lining is in the elastic condition; when load reaches to 5.26 MPa, the circle strain of feature YZ1 and YZ2 reach to 143.02 me and-1115.75 me; At this time, shaft lining loses the load bearing in this position. |
