Abstract/Summary:
Modern resistance welding requires the realization of process control, data acquisition, and communication between upper and lower computers. In order to solve the contradiction between real-time control in the process of resistance welding and large amount of data communication, to achieve information transmission resistance welding Process control and the upper and lower machine’s purpose, the author puts forward the study on double CPU sharing resistance welding control system based on RAM.In the paper, we study a kind of IDT71342 double-channel SRAM as the core of double CPU resistance welding control system, to realize the data with high-speed and reliable transmission between lower computer and PC machine. Double CPU control system is through the information task assignment to make their own independent and parallel complete system, and complete real-time monitoring and data transmission system. CPU1 control welding system with the single chip processor as the core, though improving design and programming of the control system of resistance welding to realize welding cycle.CPU2 achieve PC machine and lower machine communication connection. Interface uses the USB interface technology, and it designs communication mode of PDIUSBD12 as USB bridge chip. Eventually use to IDT71342 double-channel SRAM to achieve the new design concept of double CPU control system of resistance welding, implement the data with high speed and reliable transmission between the lower machine and upper machine, at the same time, using VC++6.0 to write friendly man-machine interface to realize visualization humanized operation.Using keil uv2 and 51 mini simulator debugging shows that the system Operation is stable and feasible, achieved the information transmission of resistance welding process control and the upper and lower machine.
