Mining and mineral processing industry in the processing of iron ore as the main process, in this process, you need to make step by step natural ore crushing, screening,transport, until elected to meet the requirements. The whole process accompanied by a large amount of dust generation due to iron dust containing a large amount of silica and other associated elements, such as rare earth, copper, tin, iron dust therefore is very serious harm. Due to the scale of the mining and mineral processing industry in general is larger, relatively large dust emissions, is one of the major source of environmental pollution, including particulate matter air pollution is particularly prominent. It plays a decisive role in effectively reducing the particulate pollution in the atmosphere and improving the atmospheric environment if we can grasp the influence of dust removing technology on dust in the mining and mineral processing industry.Based on the reviewed domestic pollution in the mining and mineral processing industry and related technology development on the dust, this article focuses on the source of the particles of dust, dust hazards and the dedusting principle. This article discusses the iron ore mining can be applied to a variety of dust removal system of principles,calculation compares the efficiency of various dust removal system, research to improve the collection efficiency of the method.Combined with dust removal system in the mining and mineral processing industry, I established dust removal system sampling model. For three different types of dust removal systems were sampled laboratory analysis and calculations. Through the analysis of the total collection efficiency of dust removal system, total dust concentration, particulate size distribution of respirable dust and classification efficiency on respirable dust of dust removal system showed that, three kinds of dust collector system outlet dust emission concentration meets the current emission standards. The particle size distribution, three kinds of dust collector are displayed on large particles of dust control ability of the feature, but the overall effect of dust removal in long bag pulse-jet bag filter works best.Thesis research results have reference value for the dedusting system design,selection in the mining and mineral processing industry. Study on sampling, calculationmethod, has the guiding significance for accurately evaluating the performance of dust removal system.
