Ti O2 has high catalytic activity, stable chemical properties, non-toxicity, cheap and easy to gain, no second pollution. It is widely applicated in the fields of organic pollutants degradation, disinfection sterilization and self-cleaning. MCM-41 has large adsorption capacity. MCM-41 with Ti O2 composite together can make up for the shortage of the single use of Ti O2, provided an effective way for the application of Ti O2 in industrial wastewater treatment. In this paper, Ti O2 photocatalysts was prepared by method of microemulsion, Ti O2/MCM-41 composite photocatalysts as prepared by method of encapsulating. Many kinds of physical properties of samples were characterized by means of SEM, TEM, XRD, FT-IR, TG-DTA, and N2 adsorption analysis. Meanwhile, Preparation of influence factors and photocatalytic reaction conditions of Ti O2 photocatalysts and Ti O2/MCM-41 composite photocatalysts were envaluated by degradation of rhodamine B aqueous solution. The research results are shown as follows:Ti O2 photocatalysts prepared by the microemulsion method are uniform, granular crystals, smaller particle size and anatase. The proper preparation conditions of Ti O2 photocatalysts by microemulsion method are as follows: Ti Cl4 volume was 10 m L, CTAB dosage was 10 g, alcohol was n-butyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol volume was 10 m L, aqueous ammonia volume was 13.3 m L, heat-treatment temperature was 500 °C, and heat-treatment time was 2 h. The proper photocatalytic reaction conditions are as follows: Ti O2 dosage was 0.04 g, concentration of rhodamine B aqueous solution was 4 mg/L, rhodamine B aqueous solution of p H=7 and H2O2 volume was 6 m L. When the reaction time was 240 min, the maximum decolorization rate of rhodamine B aqueous solution was more than 95.3%.Ti O2/MCM-41 composite photocatalysts prepared by the encapsulating method, Ti O2 are uniform, granular crystals, smaller particle size and anatase, Ti O2 particles relatively uniform distribute on the MCM-41. The proper preparation conditions of Ti O2/MCM-41 photocatalyst by encapsulating method are as follows: Ti O2/MCM-41= 0.4, water bath stirring time was 6 h, heat-treatment temperature was 550 °C, and reaction time was 6 h. The proper photocatalytic reaction conditions are as follows: Ti O2/MCM-41 dosage is 0.04 g, concentration of rhodamine B aqueous solution is 4 mg/L, rhodamine B aqueous solution is weak acid conditions and H2O2 volume is 4 m L. When the reaction time was 240 min, the maximum decolorization rate of rhodamine B aqueous solution was more than 95.7%.
