Petrochemical wastewater discharge have large, complex components, and so difficult to remove, a research focus in the field of industrial wastewater treatment. Petrochemical secondary effluent through conventional biological treatment is often also contains large amounts of refractory organic matter, with the gradual increase of water quality discharge standards, the need for advanced treatment of secondary effluent. In this study, micro-flocculation and sand filtration process on the Jilin Petrochemical secondary effluent treatment depth experimental study, the main conclusions are as follows:BeaKer experiment, using PAC as an additive to vote, better conditions for the parameters: mixing time 6min, dosage of 30 mg / L, the average removal rate of COD, TP were 28.95%, 60.15%, the amount of sludge produced 0.028 g / L, floc particle size 117.016μm, Zeta potential value-0.887mV; using PAFC as a better investment PPD test parameters conditions: mixing time 6min, dosage of 30 mg / L, the average removal of COD, TP’s rates were 30.15%, 63.18%, sludge production is 0.0204 g / L, floc particle size 87.32μm, Zeta potential value-0.485 mV.When the pilot micro-flocculation and sand filtration process test to PAC as coagulant dosage of 30 mg / L, COD, TP, turbidity removal rates were 33.28%, 81.11%, 86.02%. When in PAFC as flocculant, dosage of 30 mg / L, COD, TP, turbidity removal rates were 34.27%, 85.05%, 87.78%. PAC for flocculant dosing to change the filtration rate, gas-water ratio to optimize the ultimate combination of optimum parameters: water flow is 500 L / h, namely filtration rate of 7m / h, dosage of 30 mg / L, the gas is 16.5L /m2.s, gas-water ratio of 3: 1.Organic compounds in water samples before and after the optimum operating parameters under conditions of micro-flocculation and sand filtration treatment process molecular weight distribution of results: Micro-flocculation and sand filtration process mainly targeted priority greater than 3K organic molecules; changes in the fluorescence properties of the three studies showed that: the technology can not effectively remove or reduce protein-based aromatic organic compounds, a class of soluble microbial metabolites, humic acid; the change of the measured characteristics of organic matter derived: the process of petrochemical wastewater effluent mainly unsaturated hydrocarbons, BTEX, Ketones, esters and the liKe characteristics are not effectively remove organic matter.Processing capacity of 6500 t / h, the cost of the energy and power consumption of 0.04206 yuan / ton. Dosage of 30 mg / L when, PAC, PAFC handling costs which counted as sewage treatment costs were 0.05786 yuan / ton, 0.06286 yuan / ton.
