| Sodium sulfate subtype of salt lakes are widely distributed in Tibet zone,the brine system is similar to Na+ã€K+// Cl-ã€SO42--H2 O quaternary system,formed in the process of evaporation of potassium mineral is given priority to with potassium sodium sulfate and potassium chloride.To study the way of extracting the potassium chloride and glaserite from the mixed of the glaserite and potassium chloride mineral(as the “mix mineralâ€), potassium chloride mineralby flotation process in this paper.The way of extracting the potassium chloride and glaserite from Sodium sulfate type of salt lakes by flotation process, theoretical basis is the froth flotation mechanism and process of flotation. The research content mainly includes:the physical properties of mine, chemical analysis of mine, collector screening, separating degree, the orthogonal experiment, collector dosage, solid-liquid ratio, selection and scavenging and closed circuit process experiment the ten aspects. Among them, the physical properties of mine, chemical analysis of mine, collector screening, separating degree, the orthogonal experiment, collector dosage, solid-liquid ratio, selection and scavenging of the experiment is the foundation of experiment.From the above experiments, there is the data about the chemistry and physical properties of mine ore, the best separating degree of two kinds of minerals the best roughing dosage of two minerals, the best the optimal solid-liquid ratio, the best air inflow, the best flotation time, the best selection process and scavenging dosing process, making the content of K+ is less than 1.5% in the tailings. then the experiment data and the best process parameters is got, the optimum process conditions of “two stage choiceness and one stage scavenging†and “two stage choiceness and two stage scavenging†closed-loop process was established, carrying out the whole experiment process for the two kinds of minerals.Product grade is obtained of product grade, potassium ion content, chlorine ion content, potassium yield, middling quality parameters. The results show that the way of extracting the potassium chloride and glaserite from the mixed mineral, concentrate grade of potassium chloride mineral was 29.74% and the yield was 97.26%; concentrate grade of the mixed mineral was 41.07% and the yield was 87.23%,there is producing high purity of glaserite and potassium chloride products.This research has been obtained the system parameters of flotation process and extracted the potassium chloride and glaserite from he mixed of the glaserite and potassium chloride mineral, potassium chloride mineral by flotation process, providing a feasible process route. |
