With the rampant of plasticizer issues and the worries about the security of plasticizer, in current years, there is a need to synthesis bio-based plasticizer derive from vegetable oil, in order to replace traditional DBP ones, which have long been recognized poisonous and occupied at least 80% of the overall plasticizer market in China. In the current study, based on the core prescription in our lab, along with the key techniques of biocatalyse of lipid compound via immobilized lipase, several organic compounds, such as methyl oleate and butyl oleate were synthesized. Additionally, the feeding of substrate, the preparation of immobilized carrier and the choice of moisture scavenger during the above esters bio-synthesis were optimized. The optimized conditions were as follow:alcohol to acid ratio 1.1:1, supplementation of lipase,0.5%(w/w), temperature,40℃, and the stirring rate,190 rpm. Moreover, when using agaric powder as the moisture scavenger, the final conversion rate of substrate was reaching-90% level while the lipase could be recycled and used for at least 3 batches. In comparison of the performances, includes compatibility, thermostability, flammability, tensile mechanical properties, TGA and oxidation stability, of traditional plasticizers (the phthalate esters and citric acid esters), the biobased plasticizer showed passable performances. However, in the actual application of the novel plasticizers, some of the esters had relative poor performances, and stabilizing agent need to be added into the solution.Besides, further researches of the plasticizing mechanism were also carried out. Molecular simulation of the interaction of PVC to ester was evaluated aiming the compatibility, then, contributing the mixed strategy of the bio-plasticizers.
