Nanofibers has been widely used in national defense、environment、 biotechnology、electronics and other fields by their excellent performances of high specific surface area, small size effect, surface effect and so on. Solution electrospinning is a simple, important method of producing continuous nanofibers efficiently,raw materials of which are abundant.The diameter of solution electrospun fibers is smaller than the fibers producing by melt electrospinning and melt-blow spinning method, which also has more extensive applications.But now solvents for the polymer solution are mainly used in organic solvent-based spinning,which easily causes some harm to the environment and the human body.Seeking eco-solvent-soluble material has become a development trend now.This article focused on water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion,and new products of water-soluble nylon,and mainly explores the effect of spinning conditions and treatment on polyvinyl alcohol PVA fibers performances;spinnability of WPU,and morphology and performance of composite fibers produced by blends liguid; spinning process conditions of water soluble nylon.The experimental results show that:(1) The better process parameters of the voltage of the mass fraction of 8 % PVA water solution under the condition of the device used in the laboratory is 19kv, and the better receiving distance 15 cm; fiber crystallinity increases al ong with the improvement of heat treatment temperature, and the melting poin t moves toward the direction of high temperature.(2) WPU emulsion does not have the spinnability. Solution of the mass fra ction of 8%, remain the same, the change for morphology of composite fibers along with the increase of PVA content in solution:incomplete discontinuous f ibers'continuous fibers with inhomogeneous thicknes'continuous fibers w ith uniform morphology; The increases of average diameter causes the improv ement of crystallization degree and thermal properties of composite fibers.Wh en the ratio of WPU/PVA=30/70, the uniform morphology of fibers can be go t, and the distribution is from320 nm to 360 nm of fiber diameters.(3)Carbon nanotubes are sdded into a solution of WPU/PVA=30/70 for s pinning,, fibers diameter reduces along with the increase of the ratio of MWC NTs/PVA, but a string of beads can be got; When crystallization of fibers incre ases, thermal stability will become better.(4)The better spinning process conditions of water soluble nylon under th e velocity of 0.3 mL/h as follows:the mass fraction is 22%-27%, the voltage i s about 25kv, and the receiving distance is 25cm-30cm; Fibers diameter is abo ut 200 nm, but the phenomenon of large beads appear inevitably.
