| As the international crude oil prices staying at a high level and the state of increasingly strict environmental regulations and the market requirements of light oil is increased, residual oil deep processing has become the inevitable trend of oil refining industry development, Choose for valuable residue resource efficiency, better processing route to achieve its maximum efficiency, and satisfy the social requirement for environmental protection is becoming more and more strict, oil refining enterprise in our country has become the important strategic objectives. In this paper, starting from the status quo of China’s oil refining industry, first of all, delayed coking and residue hydrodesulfurization technology compared two typical residual oil processing technology. Second, selection of delayed coking and residue hydrodesulfurization process of two typical representative companies of sinopec, by marginal contributional culation method, from product sales, raw material cost, variable cost and other aspects, to measure the contribution of two kinds of processing technology marginal contributional, examines the different influence factors on the influence of two kinds of residual oil processing technology. Finally, combined in recent years China petrochemical project revamping and expansion of the most representative, through project than before two kinds of processing route and project practical operation effect, after the production of delayed coking residue hydrodesulfurization and two kinds of processing technology for detailed comparative analysis.Study found that in diesel oil, petroleum coke, sulfur product and the difference between the gasoline is small, high and low sulfur crude oil price difference exists a certain numerical value, in this, delayed coking and residue hydrodesulfurization process tons of oil contribution margin equal, in the area of high and low sulfur crude oil price is less than this, delayed coking tons of oil contribution margin less than residue hydrodesulfurization process, in the area of high and low sulfur crude oil price is more than this, delayed coking tons of oil contribution margin is greater than the residual oil hydrogenation process. When the diesel oil, petroleum coke, sulfur product and gasoline price difference is bigger, as the high and low sulfur crude oil spread wide, although delayed coking process and residue hydrodesulfurization process of tons of oil contribution margin gap are also shrinking, but delayed coking process of tons of oil contribution margin eventually below residue hydrogenation process. Although the residual oil hydrogenation unit of investment is higher than delayed coking, but after internal rate of return is higher than in the delayed coking unit construction, enterprise’s after-tax payback period is shorter than delayed coking unit, under the current crude oil and product price system, compared with the delayed coking unit construction, construction of residue hydrogenation unit in the main technical-economical index have obvious advantages. To reform refinery capacity C of sinopec investment scheme comparison and the actual operation, the effect of the residual oil hydrogenation process high value-added products with high yield, product efficiency good, products of good quality and high light oil yield, high resource utilization, high sulfur recovery rate, more clean and environmental protection. From the aspects such as the comprehensive utilization of crude oil and profitability into account, the residual oil hydrogenation scheme has better prospects for development. |
