Nitrogen heterocyclic compound, as an important organic compound, is a kind of heterocyclic compounds which is widely distributed in nature. Because of their special structural features, they are widely used in the fileds of pesticide, medicine, information materials and organic photoelectric functional material. In this paper, a series of Schiff base compounds based on nitrogen heterocyclic compounds were designed and synthesized, the fluorescence properties and the ability to detect metal ions of the compounds were aslo studied.(1) 4-imidazol-1-yl-benzaldehyde and 4-benzimidazol-1-yl-benzaldehyde were synthesized by imidazole, benzimidazolel and p-fluorobenzaldehyde. Two novel conjugate Schiff base were synthesized by reactions between them and p-phenylenediamine respectively. The compounds were characterized by IR, NMR and elemental analysis. And the fluorescence properties and the ability to detect metal ions of the compounds were studied.(2) 4-(1-1,4-trichlorobenzene three imidazolyl) benzaldehyde was synthesized by 1,2,4-triazole and p-fluorobenzaldehyde. A novel conjugate Schiff base were synthesized by it and phenylenediamine. The compound was characterized by IR, NMR and elemental analysis. And the fluorescence properties and the ability to detect metal ions of the compound was studied.(3) Two new compounds were respectively synthesized by reactions between indole-3-carbaldehyde,5-methoxyindole-3-carbaldehyde and p-phenylenediamine. And they were characterized by IR, NMR and elemental analysis. And the fluorescence properties and the ability to detect metal ions of the compound was studied.(4) The properties of the compounds were studied by theoretical calculation. The HOMO, LUMO, the Onsager cavity radius, molecular orbital contributions, Oscillator strength, excitation energies and energy contributions of the compounds were calculated by the density functional theory calculations using the hybrid B3LYP functional method and the standard 6-31G* basis set.In this paper, A series of Schiff base fluorescence probes with new chemical structure were designed and synthesized in this paper. The probes exhibited outstanding fluorescence properties for the detection of metal ions, and the compounds also studied by theoretical calculation. |
