Through implementation of information management system for ZhaoLou washery,the method how to use advanced computer technology of coal enterprises to realize the remote real-time detection of coal production operation condition is illustrated in this paper.First,the environment of the implementation for ZhaoLou washery information management system is studied in this paper. According to the principle of the development environment of coal preparation plant, the characteristics and advantages of development tools and implementation environment for information management system are introduced in detail.Then introduce the OPC technology that is connection between information management system and centralized control system of coal preparation plant passes,research technology related to the OPC technology, which focus on the core of the OPC technology——COM technology and OPC specification.Secondly, this paper studies the overall design of a coal mine coal preparation plant information management system. The system was distributed into security management, production management, electrical and mechanical management, technical inspection, material management, enterprise management and party-masses work, information query, online detection, staff training, document send several functional modules,according to the actual coal preparation plant of business management with separate.Thirdly paper uses on-line detection sub module as example to analyze and design. The function of online monitoring module is real-time online display operation situation of coal production, motor temperature test and product quality trend chart. By analyzing the current domestic problems in information management system, raised the Zhao Lou coal m ine management information system solutions. Through the in-depth analysis research of OPC technology, according to the specific requirements of information management system and the complexity of development, use Visual Basic development environment to develop OPC client program which connect with OPC server provided by WinCC monitoring software.Due to the importance of data transmission,this paper analyzes and compares three data access methods between the OPC client and OPC server program:synchronous and asynchronous and subscription-based communication mechanism.According to the characteristics of the system of data transmission, the subscription-based communication mechanism is used in this system.Finally, Paper presents the implementation of online monitoring module based on OPC technology, analyze the overall architecture of the module. Then use two methods of Visual Basic language and ASP to realize of OPC client. Through application example in the Internet environment, verify the method to realize the online monitoring module based on OPC technology proposed in the paper.Information management system for Zhoulou washery is located in the top of three layers of network topology in Zhao Lou coal mine washery computer integrated control system.The OPC technology were used to read bottom layer control network of the production process information, such as the output of every day, the current coal ash, plant operations, etc., and released, so that leading even a business trip can always understand the production conditions, coal preparation process parameters, product quality and other kinds of information.
