| Furnance-Refining-Casting mode has been used by many steelmaking Plant,RH vacuum refining furnace has been applied widely because of its better decarburisation, Vacuum Deoxidation(light treatment),hydrogen and nitrogen removal,Exact alloy composition trimming and temperature adjustment by steelmaking plant.The RH process is particularly suited for the fast cycle times of modern melting and casting units due to its short treatment time and its flexibility with regard to various concepts of handling the steel ladle. Economic mass production of high quality steel grades with ultra low carbon content e.g.IF grades and high silicon steel grades has become the main RH operation target.The thesis introduces the Hardware components and development of the RH Top-Lance at Qian’an Steelmaking Plant based on RH,The Structure of RH automatic control system,basic automation system,level 2 process computer control system and the important detecting components in process control are analyzed.RH furnace Combustion control system’s algorithm-the principle of PID control and cascade control are analyzed detailedly.Focus on the analysis of the RH Top-lance lifting control, combustion heating control and cooling control design principle,the RH Top-Lance heating PID control and cooling water flow rate difference Mathematical formula are discussed in detail, the Top-lance powder injection application are described.The thesis introduces application of RH-top blowing oxygen technology in Qian’an steel making plant In Chapter 4.RH Top-Lance blowing oxygen technology performs multi-functions such as decarbon,increasing temperature with AL added, cleaning slag in RH vacuum slot, Etc. RH top blowing oxygen play an important role in lower production costs,increase the mtal yield,expand varieties of steel,optimize completely continous casting production In steelmaking plant. |
