Currently, Although the domestic coking industry has made considerable progress and the proportion of independent coking enterprises has made heavy increasing among coking industry shares, there is still industry problematic aspects of the industry chain, waste gas, waste water, wastes and other processes, etc. therefore, developing green technology transformation is important or the common problems existing in the coal chemical industry.This article has made researchment in project organic coupling among CDQ, coke oven gas to methanol and Benzene hydrogenation refining, wastewater reusing, purge gas utilization, steam use optimizing, solid wastes reusing, coking coal gas purification closely consider of Kailuan Zhongrun company’s actual, and made six outcomes. The CDQ and crude benzene hydrogenation refining projects have been developed on the circular economy industrial chain and the steam, electricity, gas, water involved in the projects couple with coking process. For methanol purge gas using, blended recycling technology was developed to improving coking heating process and improving the methanol production. For the difficult problem of coking wastewater treatment, the reuse technology was developed, and the treated sewage wate back to production system. For coking solid wastes utilization and blending system problems, single coal coking coal crushing and coking process with briquette coal technology were developed. For coke oven gas recovery and purification process, through changing single-tower-runing benzene washing process, benzene washing effect was improved and sulfur dry gas emission of benzene hydrogenation was solved. For steam utilization, vapor partial pressure cylinder system was implementeding and achieving steam cascade utilization.Through this paper’s developed technology, coking industry chain of Zhongrun was extended and a circular economy industrial chain between the different energy sources was built, and the gas, waste water, wastes comprehensive utilization of the business were solved. The results of the study are meaningful in the coking enterprises.
