| Graphene is a two-dimensional material composed by a series consisting of a single layer of carbon atoms, its special structure, having a single atomic layer with many unique physical and chemical properties, has become a hot topic and been paid greatly attention in the current research. There are several methods to prepare the grapheme which have been studied and published, including solid state methods: mechanical stripping, epitaxy growth, and gas state: chemical vapor deposition, et al. Graphene has widely showed a great potential in its future application of supercapacitors, Li-ion batteries, nanocomposites and will be a possible new type of electronic material to replace silicon material in the future. In this paper, the first part mainly based on the chemical vapor deposition method by changing the carbon source in the preparation process to achieve the preparation of graphene. were made of Raman and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the test results showed that: High quality graphene Can be prepared in the method of solid carbon source; the second part Research progress in photocatalytic reactions based on graphene was summarized. The preparation methods of graphene and its application in photocatalysis were briefly reviewed. In addition, the macroscopic assembled material graphene fibres and its applications were presented. We synthesized photocatalytic elastic graphene fibers by wet-spinning method. In this process, graphite oxide was used as raw material, we prepared different photocatalytic elastic graphene fibers by changing the content of TiO2. FTIR spectra proved the existence of TiO2. Raman spectra proved graphene oxide fibers were reduced. The as-prepared samples were characterized by SEM,tensile test and UV-Vis. The results show that photocatalytic elastic graphene fibers have synthesized with TiO2. The fibers show excellent catalytic performance. |
