Tacrolimus Production Technology Research

We reduced the particularity of raw material in fermentation process and improved the operability of fermentation process by performing validation and optimization of tacrolimus original production process brought in by our company, which is started from strains process validation, and through studies like fermentation raw material substitution, fermentation parameters control which are based on practical situations. By improving extracting and refining process, such as groping for preprocessing methods, filtration forms, chromatography process and crystallization process, we removed impurities effectively, obtained products with stable quality and increased the yield at the same time. During the R$D process, we developed a new practical economic technology for large-scale production with both economy and safety of production are taken into consideration comprehensively.
