The magnetic abrasive finishing process is a very promising finish machining technology. The machining has effectively grinding to fine surface and complex male and female, it is applied to the internal finishing of slender tubes and deburring technology. It has high precision, high surface quality and low cost, and easy to realize automatic control etc. The plane magnetic abrasive finishing process is a kind of magnetic abrasive, it with plane as the research object using free grinding grain on workpiece surface to grinding processing.In this study, in order to removal the trace on the plane surface, the magnetic brush was used to finishing the surface. The first step was studied to choose the size of Fe and WA abrasive grain. At the same time, three methods magnetic poles were designed and studied into finishing work. At last, a new finishing program has been found that can finish the surface into nano level. |
