| Currently, rocky desertification is one of the most serious global environmental problems. The prevention and governance of desertification has become the most important field to strengthen the ecological construction. At present, the single control measures have been unable to achieve the governance effect that people expected, and it is easy to restore what it was. Therefore, the pattern of comprehensive governance gradually enjoyed popular support and become the technological problem. This paper takes Jishou city as an example to study its rocky models of synthetical governance, the main results are as follows:(1) Jishou city present situation with a total area of 106245.8 hm2 in 2014, including 10208.4 hm2 of non-karst area and 96037.4 hm2 of karst area. Among karst area, there are 35695.1 hm2 of non-rocky desertification,34945.1 hm2 of potential rocky desertification area and 25397.2 hm2 of rocky desertification area. Among the rocky area, there are 15832.4 hm2 of slight rocky desertification area,8464.0 hm2 of moderate rocky desertification area,983.3 hm2 of intensive rocky desertification area and 117.5 hm2 of extreamly intensive rocky desertification area.(2)According to the situation of rocky desertification and he influencing factors in Jishou city, on the basic of the existing 6 models. Adopting the analytic hierarchy process, we put forward a comprehensive governance model on rocky desertification which combines vegetation construction and Herbivorous Livestock development with water conservation construction.(3)The specific plan of taking comprehensive governance and measures on rocky desertification area in Jishou is as follows:Wanxi River watershed:Finishing 1807.4hm2 of closing forests,201.9hm2 of artificial ecological forests,4652m2 of animal housing construction,440m3 of silo,22 forage grass machines,19620m of water channel,1000m of drainage ditch,2 maintained pools,11 barrages,20 reservoirs,5 settling basins, and 2001.6hm2 of governed rocky area in total.(4)The effect analysis of comprehensive treatment of the,After the comprehensive treatment of the Wangxi river catchment, water conservation forest volume is 157500 cubic meters per year,167300 tons of annual average can reduce soil and water loss, can absorb 1293.17 tons of carbon dioxide a year, release oxygen 1144.77 tons, the sulfur dioxide absorption 30.69 tons, cutting dust 4400 tons;Create a direct economic value is 67.704 million yuan, indirect economic value is 2.2023 million. |
