Implementation of a new thermal power plant air pollution control standards for coal-fired power plant flue gas emissions made more stringent control requirements. In order to meet the emission requirements, it is necessuary to promote a more efficient research and flue gas cleaning technology. Although research on coal-fired power plant flue gas purification technology is more widely applied and mature, there are still a lot difficult; difficult to meet current air pollution emission standards.The main topic of this research is to improve the construction of a power plant for flue gas purification technology. According to the current thermal power plant flue gas purification technology development, from the desulfurization solution, denitrification program, dust solutions, mercury emission scenarios, "plaster Rain" prevention, prevention, and desulfurization of coal dust field wastewater treatment optimization programs.In the prevention of dust, through a detailed comparative analysis of dust removal technology, it is recommended that a power plant for dry dusting programs; Meanwhile, the combination of a 1000MW power plant wet electrostatic precipitator test device, according to the coal quality situation, recommended a suitable dust technology programs to ensure the flue gas dust emission concentration of not more than the target 5mg/Nm3.In respcts of FGD, combined with the actual operation of a power plant, coal flue gas desulfurization system adaptability, wet desulfurization+electric water balance, desulfurization wastewater treatment were analyzed, and constructive comments. By analyzing the causes of the chimney, "white smoke" phenomenon, combined with the tube GGH equipment and engineering actual development status, given the recommended program flue gas heating technology.In respcts of NOx remove, using a low NOx combustion technology, while using high-efficiency SCR denitration device to ensure that the chimney outlet NOx emission concentration is not more than 50mg/Nm3. Boiler design optimization by using a hierarchical arrangement of economizer technology programs to ensure that the inlet flue gas denitrification of flue gas temperature not lower than 310 ℃.By using efficient denitrification equipment, efficient desulfurization equipment, dry electrostatic precipitator+wet electrostatic precipitator integrated flue gas purification and other measures, the project can achieve levels of air pollutant emission coal-fired units with gas turbine is roughly equal to the leading indicators chimney outlet dust emission concentration is not higher than 5mg/Nm3, sulfur dioxide emission concentration is not higher than 35 mg/Nm3, the concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions no higher than 50mg/Nm3. Meanwhile, a comprehensive purification of flue gas mercury removal measures have synergistic effects of mercury removal rate of 70%, the concentration of mercury and its compounds emissions 0.01 mg/Nm3, lower than the national standard 0.03 mg/Nm3 limits. By electrostatic precipitator and flue gas re-heater (Zanan) setting wet, which can effectively solve the "plaster Rain" and chimney "white smoke" issue. Provides the basic theory and data support for a power plant flue gas emissions to meet the country of emission standards.
