Cigarettes are very special,and they are different from the general food.Although cigarettes can be smoked by people firsthand,they are harmful to human body.Therefore,the quality and safety of cigarette is the focus of people,and it is the top priority of the quality and safety of all the food.In cigarette assembly line production,it has a high degree of automation,and the process is various and complex,from raw material to the finished product,it may have the quality and safety questions here and there.So the article to start off with cigarette manufacturing processes,build a system about the quality and safety of cigarette,analysis and research.The system is to standardize the cigarette manufacturing process,improve the quality of cigarette.Analyse the safety of cigarette manufacturing processes,identify hazards,and make improvements.So,this is a process control system which is based on product quality and safety.In this paper,it is based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP),and HACCP work with the control chart of statistical process control.First,set up a HACCP team,the team members both have the leadership who has decision power and the people who can product,repair,do some quality test and logistics;secondly,describe the main attribute of the product,and to determine its intended use;then,draw the flowchart of cigarette production,and to affirm again.After the basic work is completed, begin to analyse the hazard of cigarette production process,use the fault tree analysis method,from the human, machine, material, method, and environment, five aspects of the cigarette production process,may result in physical, chemical and biological hazards are identified,then then through the four questions of decision tree analysis method (DTA) to judge the significant hazards,identify critical control processes.Then use control chart to control process,checking the key control process is in a steady state or not,and the adequacy of process capability.Finally,establish critical limits of the control processes,and has a monitoring, corrective measures and verification functions, then all the things in the whole process will be must recorded and save.Finally,checking the effect of the implementation of the system,in this paper,select cigarette overall quality standards and customer satisfaction rate to evaluate changes in the overall quality of the passing rate of the cigarette before and after the application and use of the ACSI model to calculate customer satisfaction index,the results show that,cigarette overall pass rate of quality has already significantly improve,customer satisfaction index also increased.
