The Development And Application Of Tobacco Machinery Workshop Flexible Assembly Technology System

With the development of commodity economy, enterprises need to timely change the production mode of operation, use the advanced management technology, to adapt to the fierce competition environment. The development of CAPP technology makes the integration between each system become the inevitable trend of future development. How to get the better application of the CAPP system to assembly workshop to realize the control of the assembly process is the focus of corporate research.Taking xuchang tobacco machinery co., LTD., assembly workshop as the research background, based on CAPP system, detailing the design and development process of the flexible assembly technology.First of all, in this paper, we analyze the characteristics of the machine assembly workshop,production status, system requirements, and so on. And put forward the flexible assembly technology designing ideas, flexible assembly technology system for integrating environment and provide theoretical basis for the design of flexible process.Secondly, on the basis of demand analysis, combined with the characteristics of the enterprise process management, analysis of assembly process information management system model, using object-oriented design method, make reasonable process management solution, based on product BOM model as the core technology of information management.Thirdly, design for product process was studied in this paper,on the basis of the idea of system model. The corresponding data can be stored through the database in this system. And complete the establishment and management of flexible assembly technology on the basis of BOM.Finally, the paper introduces the architecture and implementation of main functions of the system. Flexible assembly process design is used in the article, and flexible assembly technology system has realized the integration environment for development and testing.Based on the design and development of flexible assembly technology system, realized the automation and flexibility for the cigarette machine assembly shop.
