In recent years, floods and earthquakes occur frequently and cause greatthreats and harm to life and property. Many scientists and researchers aredesigning and studying relief and self-help at the same time of the disaster,including life detectors, escape tools, self-rescue equipment, and miningmachinery. Tools to features of disaster are relatively few; it is because peoplefeel lucky and awareness for disaster is weak; when disasters occur, theoverwhelming majority of people are only repentant. Therefore, disasterprevention awareness and publicity disaster emergency measures are necessary.Most importantly, be able to stop at the beginning of the impact of disasters andmake the development of self-help tools. So this design for flood and seismichazards is the study of self-help bed.In order to increase the success of self-help and timeliness, combine thetool with the bed. The advantage is that people can avoid security problemscaused by sleep unconsciousness; tools can effectively reduce the amount ofpossession by space; play a multi-purpose effects, both ease of use and savingthe economy. There are some kinds of seismic beds in the market, which aresome antique beds or a triangle above; when earthquakes occur, make peoplefall into bed and the mattress rotation into a triangle; this approach saves a lotspace. But the drawback is lack of automatic and triangle causes stressconcentration easily. There is no self-help of floods, so the function is notperfect. In order to increase the self-help capacity and improve aid efficiency, thepaper studies the researches and development of flood protection andanti-seismic self-help bed. Its core technologies are purely mechanical drive andchemical reaction of microprocessor. Firstly have self-bed seismic surveys formarket information and get the right sound data, then the theoretical design andmodeling, can save time and economic; have simulation experiments and finallymake the actual production. Flood control function uses the8031SCM; program;look for making the appropriate sensor; select the balloon, including the choiceof materials the material of the balloon experiment to verify the reliability of theflood control system and assembled deployment. Currently, you can query theliteratures, which show that no combination of the two functions in bed. Weexpect that this design inherits comfortable and beautiful wooden beds and canachieve the effect of relief for more families to bring security; at last the finalproduct is widely used.On the basis of my patent named anti-seismic bed, which patent id is200920287683.8, the flood control and anti-seismic bed is proposed. Theanti-seismic bed doesn’t need external power supply and storage battery, Whenan earthquake occur; the protection device starts and then an circular arch areformed by rotating protection boards, people are protected in bed body. When aflood occurs, flood protection airbag is filled with gas and launched by themicroprocessor and sensors; bed body can float in the flood and its functions aresimilar to the rescue boat and can protect human life’s safety.In this paper, we first design flood control system, including the choice offlood protection airbags, the circuit design and microcontroller applications.Further the bed design includes the overall design and the mechanical structure.Finally, have a calculation of feasibility and use finite element analysis,including stress and strain.
