With the rapid development of industrial technology, chlorofluorocarbons and otherchemicals is widely used by worldwide, which leading to atmospheric ozone sphere has beenseverely damaged, it obviously increase the UV radiation to the ground about on human healthand the use of outdoor materials cause a serious threat. With the continuous improvement ofquality of life, people for UV protection consciousness gradually strengthened, UV protectionand improve the stability of outdoor photo materials has been more and more attention.therefore design and development of efficient composite photostabilizer has broad marketprospects.In this paper, two types of composite photostabilizers were designed and synthesized. Onekide was containing hindered amine fragments and benzotriazole UV-absorbing fragments ofcomposite photostabilizer UVH-1(UVP single bromide, reacts with piperidine amine), UVH-2(UVP, formaldehyde, piperidine amine as raw materials made by the mannich reaction);Another kind was containing hindered amine fragments and benzophenone UV-absorbingfragments of composite photostabilizer UVH-3(2-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzophenone,formaldehyde, piperidine amine as raw materials made by the mannich reaction), UVH-4(2,4-dihydroxy benzophenone, formaldehyde, piperidine amine as raw materials prepared byMannich reaction).these two types of photostabilizers have two function of UV-absorbing andcapture radical. the structural characterization for intermediate and product by IR,1HNMR, UVspectra and MS,etc,to proved that its structure is consistent with design.This paper further studies composite photostabilizer UVH-2’s photostability and it is to dyeUV protection properties. the UVP and UVH-2in methanol solution after12h of light, UVH-2degradation rate is about0.24times the UVP degradation rate, indicating UVH-2containedbenzotriazole ultraviolet absorption segment and hindered amine photostabilizers protect eachfragment, showing a synergistic effect. thus raising the photo stability of its own;add the dyesolution, UVP dye solution respectively, add UVH-2dye solution illumination8h, determine thephotodegradation rate of dye. study found that the addition of the dye solution UVH-2dispersedblue2BLN UVP degradation rate was added and photostabilizer was not added0.73comparative sample times and0.32times, indicating that the compound photostabilizers can better inhibitdye photodegradation, better than the single addition of UV absorbers UVP.
