With more and more attention is paid to the clip flower color spinning effect of textiles inthe Textile and apparel industry. How to solve the computer simulation of color spinning flowerfabric has become a difficult problem for enterprise production. This article puts forward themethod of color fabric’s texture and color simulation by computers. Colored spun yarn isspanning two or more different colors of fiber after mixed, and the "Clip flower" is the uniqueeffect of uneven color in mixing yarns. Color spun fabrics have a more and more broad marketprospect. However, nowadays, in the product design and outputting, the only way is physicalproofing and proof repeatedly according to the effect diagram of fabrics, then determine fiberproportion, color and so on. This passive artificial designs to achieve clip flower fabric proofingwill waste more resources and time. In order to overcome the disadvantage factors in the processof production, this article researches the use of computer to achieve color fabric’s texture andcolor simulation. The design by computer makes the results of clip flower simulation moreintuitive. It also can change the Clip flower style to guide the enterprise production proofing.This article analyzes the productive process of color spinning clip flower texture fabric inductory according to the reason of clip flower texture and designs random flower template andmulticomponent organization clip flower template which is fitted for multicomponent coloredfiber to mix. Multicolor components randomly clip flower template discusses the implementationof simulation from four aspects.(1) based on the concept of clip flower effect which designedby enterprise and create the multicomponent random clip flower texture templates to suitdifferent color mixing,(2) choose the multicolor components randomly clip flower fabric,(3)stack multicolor components randomly Clip Flower template and the organization template,(4)emulate the multicolor group random flower folder template simulation effect, deal with from thesharpening and edge image, to make the simulation effect diagram more close to the real figure.Multicolor components organization clip flower template discusses the implementation ofsimulation from the following several aspects.(1) obtain the typical fabric point template,(2)design the multicolor component yarn model,(3) generate the multicolor components organization template, confirm the display section of yarn according to organization points effectin the obverse side, stack the yarn color information and fabric organization point to generateorganization effect chart,(4) aggregate many organization effect chart randomly and thennormalize the image to make the simulation diagram more close to the real figure.Hence achieving the computer simulation of multicomponent clip flower color fabric’stexture and color can not only improve the enterprise’s economic benefits effectively but also fillthe blank of clip flower effect’s computer simulation technology in color spun fabric. It haspractical significance for production.Knitted fabric simulation is very hard, so this articlechooses the ordinary fabric knitted fabric as the focus of this paper.
