| In the polyester filament production, the polyester pre-oriented yarn (POY)generated a lot of waste, an increase of production costs after processing because ofthe decapitation and tension event, and affecting the production of post processingefficiency and product excellence rate. While processing in the POY after the processof breakage rate, tail (caudal filament wire head transfer process of a POYprotofilament bobbin POY continuous processing into DTY process, and the other astandby POY protofilament bobbin of decapitation) accounted for more than70%.Therefore improving the POY processing tail propertie has important significance inimproving the quality of the products and on the stability of production, reducing theproduction cost.This paper takes A company (sample) filament polyester pre-oriented production(POY) as raw material, the preparation of low elastic polyester silk used afterprocessing process drawing, false twist texturing (DTY). The main research andanalysis of POY prepared DTY tail process problems: breakage and false twistingtension lower, and find out the corresponding solution measures.This article’s mainresearch contents and conclusions are as follows:1ã€The A company (sample) POY, DTY and B company (standard sample) POY,DTY were compared, the difference analysis of materials and products of the twocompanies. Using the two companies through the production of different high-speedspinning process of POY, the same after machining process (tensile, false twisttexturing) DTY; by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersivespectroscopy (EDS), Fu Liye infrared spectrometer (FTIR), X ray diffraction (XRD),the sound speed, yarn orientation instrument tensile tester characterization of the twocompanies POY, DTY fiber morphology, elemental composition, chemical structure,crystallinity, orientation, evenness and mechanical properties, processing performanceare compared and analyzed. Through the contrast analysis shows that:(1) the sample surface morphology andthe standard sample POY, DTY fiber are the same, and the diameter is almost equalsize.(2) samples of PET molecular is chain than the sample of PET molecular chainlength, sample in POY raw material matting agent for less than the sample, sampleand production company A equipment management is poor.(3) the sample andstandard sample has the same chemical functional groups.(4) the crystallization ofsample POY is less than the standard sample of POY crystallinity; crystallization ofsample DTY is less than the standard sample degree of crystallinity of DTY. Thesample of POY orientation are less than the standard POY orientation degree; and theorientation degree of sample DTY is greater than the standard DTY degree oforientation.(5) comprehensively: the sample and the standard sample of POY, DTY inthe fiber morphology, diameter size, element composition and chemical structure arebasically the same; slight differences in crystallinity and orientation, evenness andmechanical properties; and after processing production, sample production situationof breakage and tension events is bad than the standard sample and the sampleprocessing false twisting tension is low tendency.2ã€In this part,research and analysis of A company (sample) reasons of thePOY after decapitation tail process. Through test and draw the following conclusions:(1) pet POY spinning filament and polyester POY post processed tail breakagecondition corresponds to more than ever, filament tail breakage, and others.(2) to24days cycle switching melt filter, spinning filament has improved to a certain extent,POY post processing breakage has the corresponding degree of improvement.(3)added sintered felt in spinning components, has great influence on spinning filamentand post processed tail breakage, when added sintered felt after the filament number3.7~13times less than not added, after the corresponding processing tail endbreakage rate reduced by25%~43.8%. At the same time that added specifications for40mesh sintering felt spinning condition and raw silk quality than to add15moregood, after POY processing tail breakage help.(4) hygroscopic property of POYpaper tube paper oil on table POY, bottom wire rate effect is very big, the surface ofsilk oil rate is27%bigger than the bottom wire, thereby affecting the tail end breakage condition. Comprehensive analysis shows that:(5) component in spinningadd or not is the main reason broken many tail in effect of POY sintered felt; and themelt filter and quality of paper tube is a secondary cause effect of POY tail broken.3ã€This part analysis of the reason of A company (sample) fundamental causes oftail in the process of false twist tension decline over poy. Through orthogonal test andconfirmatory test draws the following conclusions:(1) polyester POY post processingtail when false twist tension lower problem position is located in the paper tube finallyabout100m wire, dynamic thermal stress than surface full roll wire of low4cN.(2)polyester POY winding process, winding process conditions when the520dtex/74fPOY is winding speed is3240m/min,128mm diameter of paper tube, ultra feed0.4%,winding angle of5.3-5.8-5.3degrees, the contact pressure is160-200-160cN,polyester POY tail false twisting tension tends to normal, and the tension eventsgreatly improvement. Have to meet the requirements of production in A company.(3)processing equipment aspects such as abnormal, spinning spindle position of spinningoil pump out of the old and new oil accuracy, false twist of the rubber ring, will affectthe processing performance of polyester POY, but can not change the basic trend offalse twist tension that tension decline trend.(4) effects of excipients and otheraspects, through the observation found that after the typhoon, polyester POY postprocessing tail properties are improved greatly.(5) the comprehensive analysis showsthat: the direct reason in the process of lower tail false twisting tension over POY islocated in the dynamic thermal paper tube finally about100m wire stress than the fullroll surface wire is low, and the root cause of dynamic thermal stress is caused by adifference in lower full volume cake when switching winding speed the; byoptimizing the winding process can fundamentally solve the switching speeddifference caused by the tail tension lower problem. |
