The Study And Design Of Variable Ratio Pesticide Formulation Device Based On The PLC Control

The design,through combining the research status quo of the current variable pesticide automatic preparation, targeting a variety of deficiencies of traditional manual pesticide formulation technology, and analyzing working principles of automatic preparation equipment of present solution and the coming problems, proposes a design plan of pesticide formulation apparatus based on PLC control technology. Works that needs finishing are as follows:1) Complete the overall program design of device. After an intensive review of documents, based on functional objectives of pesticide variable formulation device, the program developed a system component of devices, and the composition plan of the system is drafted and the drawings of system for the device finished. After detailed analysis of work process and control requirements for pesticide variable formulation, the diagram of the research route is completed.2) Complete the overall plan of the control system as well as software and hardware design of the control system, by selecting major components of PLC, assigning I/O points and drawing PLC peripherals, software program flow chart, language program diagram of ladder chart.3) Complete the design of the apparatus mechanical structure. The structure and size of various components of the apparatus are designed, including pump, drug pumps, the liquid flow sensor, an ultrasonic level sensor, solenoid valve and so on. Mechanical Structure Fig is also given.4) Complete the design of human-computer interaction system and the selection on the touch screen.5) Complete a physical device assembly and commissioning. The variable part of the device for each pesticide formulation is assembled, and the overall circuit layout and piping connections completed:At the same time the test of three modules, namely, data acquisition, system switch control, variable proportional control is conducted.
