With the increase of mining depth and the continuous improvement of mechanization, more and more heat of machinery and equipment big is released, especially the increase of deeply mining, the ground temperature is higher and higher, heat disaster in deep mines has been becoming more and more serious. In the high temperature work environment, not only the miner’s labor efficiency and healthy are directly affected, but also the safe operation, may even leading to shut down. Therefore, the study on heat disaster problem of deeply mining has become focus of mining technology development. To solve the high temperature problem in the blind roadway of the heat and deep mine, the temperature distribution of air in the blind roadway of the heat and deep mine is researched by the basis of the ventilation method of double flexible tubing.Referencing research results of predecessors, combining with heat transfer theory, fluid mechanics, mine ventilation and other related disciplines theory, on the basis of analysis of the thermal insulation on double flexible tubing, heat transfer process of the air in blind roadway is analyzed. According to the flow field characteristics of the blind roadway and the big three law of conservation, the mathematical model of the blind roadway is build and solved by using the finite element analysis method in theory. After the flow field of geometric model is build by ANSYS software from the actual situation of high temperature problem in blind roadway, the temperature distribution of air in the blind roadway is simulated under the condition of air with different inlet wind-speed and different inlet air temperature. And the application effect of field test in the blind roadway between the common flexible tubing and the double flexible tubing.Through the research and analysis, the following conclusions have been established: In the simulation process of forcing or blowing system of auxiliary ventilation in the blind roadway, the inlet wind speed v =10 m/s is the critical value which could cause air to reach to working face from the export of flexible tubing. Under the same value of other conditions, in a certain range, the air temperature in the blind roadway is reduced with the increase of inlet wind-speed. Under the same value of other conditions, in a certain range, the area of low temperature zone within the blind roadway is smaller and smaller, the air temperature on the same height of roadway is higher. The heat insulation effect of the double flexible tubing is better than the common flexible tubing, the reason is that thermal conductivity of air is lower than material of flexible tubing, air layer being stationary could be an obstacle to the enter of the heat.According to theoretical calculation, the result of simulation, field test, using double flexible tubing to ventilate is helpful of reducing temperature of the high temperature blind roadway. Because of the practical application value of double flexible tubing, it would provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the thermal disaster prevention of the blind roadway.
