| With the rapid development of economy, the demand of mineral resources is increasing year by year.Government has increased supervision in safety production to mine enterprises to ensure mineral resource orderly and lasting development. However, Ventilation system present complex problems with restriction of underground sophisticated environment and large-scale mechanized mining,and affected the normal production of mine safety seriously.Therefore,This paper has practical significance to promote the safe production of metal mines through which analysis influence factors of underground ventilation system from ventilation network, air control, ventilation power aspect,and solve complex problems it faces.This paper put forward the corresponding optimization measures, and simulate optimization supplemented by the mine ventilation system 3D simulation optimization software and implement of retrofit scheme optimization by which study windy shaft ventilation system of A copper nickel ore in xinjiang,and combined with the existing ventilation theory knowledge,accurately grasping the real problems of the ventilation system through the underground field research, the determination of down hole, evaluation and analysis.(1)This paper summarizes the classification of mine ventilation network, studies the change of ventilation network influence on the distribution of wind flow and provides some reliable basis for the optimization of mine ventilation network,.(2)Applicating of cavern wind flow regulation method can effectively solve the main transport roadway which influenced by the pedestrian traffic and unable to set the problem such as auxiliary fan by analyzing the traditional wind adjustment method and cavern type wind flow adjustment method.Thought field application results,Finding air volume of a main transport roadway increased from the original 20.54 m3/s to 63.47 m3/s, which does not affect the normal traffic transportation efficiency.(3)Analyses the influence factors of the ventilation power system,discusses fan own running point change caused by multi-fan joint,which influent the stability of ventilation system.Integrates its influence factors,Completed main fan of ventilation system optimization,achieved ventilation system stable and economic running.(4)This paper find that cavern type auxiliary fan for ventilation installation angle affectthe ejector effect,and ejector effect is best when the Angle of e wind machine installation is30°.(5)Take the xin jiang copper nickel mine for an engineering example, based on the 3DVS software creates its ventilation network simulation system software, this paper studies the problems of ventilation, and put forward three design schemes,In combination with software simulation effect and technical economy analysis contrast etc.to determine the optimal solution.After the plan implementation,The total air volume is original 2.65 times,increased to 246.02m3/s and the application of mine air curtain makes downhole wind flow distribution more reasonable,the ventilation effect of working face are improved obviously. |
