This paper put forward a new technology of construction waste drainage CFG pile for ground treatment. Construction waste drainage CFG pile consists of CFG pile and annular sand drain. CFG pile aggregate and sand drain filler are all from the construction waste(specifically waste concrete in this paper). Construction waste drainage CFG piles, soil between piles and sandy gravel or gravel cushion together to form the composite ground improved by construction waste drainage CFG pile. This paper systematically investigated the technology of ground treatment by construction waste drainage CFG pile through indoor and outdoor experiment, theoretical derivation and FEM analysis. Main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) The basic physical and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate from the construction waste have been tested in the laboratory. Mix proportion of the construction waste low-strength CFG piles have been designed. Strength and deformation properties of the construction waste low-strength CFG piles with different mix proportions have been studied. The recycled aggregate is qualified to be the material of the low-strength CFG pile.(2) Static load tests had been performed to construction waste drainage CFG pile and composite ground. This paper has studied the bearing capacity, transfer law of axial stress and friction of pile side of construction waste drainage CFG pile.(3) The author made a study of construction waste drainage CFG pile construction experiment, monitored the pore water pressure and horizontal movement of depths soil induced by construction. Construction technology and method of construction waste drainage CFG pile have been put forward. The law of pore water pressure in soil and soil squeezing effect under construction have been researched.(4) Analytical solution for ground consolidation by annular sand drain had been deduced based on sand drain consolidation theory. The Plaxis software was employed toanalysis the consolidation properties and the influence factors for settlement of composite ground improved by construction waste drainage CFG pile under embankment.The technology of construction waste drainage CFG pile for ground treatment in this paper can improve the efficiency of ground treatment, save the cost and reduce pollution.
