Sheet metal stamping is a processing method makes the sheet metal separation or deformation by using the press and mould, as it is easy to operate, its process is easy to mechanization and automation, its production efficiency is very high and its production cost is very low, it is widely used in such industry fields as automobile, aviation, electric appliances, instruments and national defense and so on, and it occupies an extremely important position in the national economy. The springback of the stamping parts is the reverse elastic deformation in the unloading process; it is an inevitable and a universal phenomenon in the sheet metal forming process, which directly influences the quality of the stamping parts.The upper and lower blades of the coal slurry tank bottom blender in a certain enterprise are of complex shape, big size and large amount of deformation, which will cause a quite big springback after it’s stamped, thus, the subsequent welding process will be seriously affected. And the existing traditional processing method of the enterprise is easy to cause the long design period and the high development cost, and it is difficult to effectively control the springback of the blade with complex curve.If the finite element theory and the CAE technology can be used in the forming and springback process of the blade to give a numerical simulation analysis, and finally accomplished the springback compensation, the design and production cycle of the mould would be greatly shorten and the development cost would be greatly reduced.By using the sheet metal stamping numerical simulation software DYNAFORM, this paper studied the numerical simulation of the stamping process of the upper and lower blades, analyzed the stress and strain state and the change of the thickness of the blank in the stamping process, discussed the main reasons of the springback and then put forward the solutions to solve this problem.After this, the paper analyzed the springback of the blade by using the software DYNAFORM, compensated the springback in the mould surface and then extracted it. Finally, according to the similarity principle, the mould surface compensation after the proportion of mold design, this paper designed the proportional model of the mould using the compensated mould surface and conducted an experiment to study the stamping process of the blade, numerical simulation results was verified; all these data will provide a theoretical basis for the design of the processing steel mould for the enterprise. |
