Since the liberation of the party and the government vigorously anti-drug, once made drugs in our country disappeared. Along with the reform and opening up, the drug reappeared, again challenged us. Especially in recent years on the drug problem in our increasingly grim situation, some new chemical synthesis of drugs flooding, illegal trade activities are more rampant, to the security of the nation have brought serious problems. In order to strengthen the management of chemical synthetic drugs, in our August 17,2005 promulgated the "precursor chemicals management regulations" and thus attacks on drug manufacturing drugs at the source, and in the management of rapid detection of precursor chemicals It is a critical task. Domestic Detection of precursor chemicals is still in an early stage, rarely related precursor chemical detection equipment, and most of them still in the labs, it is possible to detect a variety of research and development of precursor chemicals portable instrument It is very meaningful.In this paper, by using chromatographic separation techniques combined with deep ultraviolet nano-ZnO gas sensor sheet of precursor chemicals for testing, and research and development into a portable detection equipment, easy things like border check points, Customs, Narcotics Control Bureau and other departments. The content and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1. The overall design and layout of the instrumentThe main topic again into a portable electronic nose of precursor chemicals detection equipment, the overall design is required to have a small, reasonable layout and rapid detection features, it is on this basis, we have adopted two three-dimensional CAD and Pro/E simulation mapping method, in accordance with the requirements of the revised several times, and ultimately determine the overall appearance of the electronic nose and the overall layout.2. Factors chromatographic separation techniqueThe issue of different detection techniques used in the chromatographic separation technology is the most important, the use of the column stationary phase analyte adsorption.High separation efficiency, analysis speed, high sensitivity, small sample size, selectivity, simultaneous analysis of multi-component, easy automation features in order to separate the different components.However, factors affecting chromatographic separation technology is greater, for example, the column column temperature, column cleaning, and so on.In this paper, to explore all, chose one of the best chromatographic assay conditions.5. The instrument sample libraries establishedThe problem developed electronic nose, because there is no ready-made sample database, so the need for precursor chemicals test sample library.
